We ship by FedEx or by Roadway, in the United States. We use US Mail for APO & FPO addresses. All U.S. shipments are automatically insured. Applicable shipping charges will be added to your order. These policies supersede policies appearing in all LANtek literature. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To request a return merchandise authorization call one of our customer service representatives at 610-683-6883. Please have the following information ready when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, and the nature of the problems. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days after issue.
A RMA label will be sent when the number is issued. Tape it on the box you are returning. Do not mark the box itself. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping label. We will directly accept the following kinds of returns: Unopened products, except notebook computers, may be returned without a restocking fee within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective notebook and desktop computers may be returned for repair or replacement only, at our discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. These returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other defective products may be returned for repair or exchange, at our discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. These returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other non-defective products may be returned for credit within 30 days of the invoice date. These returns are subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be in 100% complete, resalable condition and must include any materials included in the original sale, such as manuals, registration cards, and software. Opened software and consumables (ex. toner, ink cartridges) are not returnable. Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
